Patch Cords and Assemblies

	CableLAN carries a full range of patch cords for your network use. All CableLAN patch cords feature 50 micro-inch gold-plated plug contacts and are fully tested to all industry standards. We supply patch cords and assemblies from most major manufacturers as well as our own brand. Category 5e patch cords are being specified for new high-speed installations. CableLAN Cat 5e patch cords exceed the proposed TIA specifications, and are available in a variety of colors in lengths from 3- to 50-feet. Category 6 CableLAN supplies Category 6 patch cords. The newly approved Category 6 standard allows for component level testing, but to assure compliance with the link specifications, we recommend that you use a common manufacturer's (i.e. Hubbell, Panduit, ICC, Molex Premise Networks, or Pass and Seymour) for all components of a Cat 6 system.
